Salted Caramel Cupcakes


    3/4 cup self-raising flour
    1/2 jar The Jam Bandits Salted Caramel

1 egg
    75g butter, softened


    Preheat oven to 180°C. 

    Place flour, egg, butter and caramel in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

    Spoon mixture into cupcake cases and cook for about 15 mins. To test if ready, insert a toothpick into a cupcake, if it comes out clean you're all done!
